At ZAYSOO, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible after placing the order.


Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are available only on selected products.

  • Return eligibility and the return period for each product are clearly mentioned on the product detail page.

  • The return policy may be updated or modified without prior notice, and the policy applicable at the time of purchase will be considered final.

Pickup & Shipping

  • If reverse pickup service is not available at your location, customers will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.

  • In such cases, shipping instructions will be shared by our support team.

Charges

  • Return or exchange charges, if applicable, will be decided on a case-by-case basis depending on the product and reason for return.


Refund Policy

We accept refund requests in the following cases:

  • Product quality issues

  • Size, color, or design mismatch

  • Missing item(s) in a combo order

  • Wrong or damaged product received

Once the returned product has been successfully picked up and passed our quality check:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout


Important Notes for Returns

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging will not be accepted.

  • Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Return or exchange requests not raised within the specified return period (as mentioned on the product page) will not be accepted.
